Rev. Samuel Benjamin and his wife Ebenezer Benjamin are missionaries working with the "Global Outreach Mission", based in the temple city of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, but also have ministries in other states. Both of them come from influential families in Madurai and were well educated in the medical field. After their marriage, God had blessed them to work in the Arabian-Gulf in Bahrain and later in Dubai.
Right from his youth and college days, Rev. Benjamin had a great thirst to do the Lords ministry. He was involved in organizing Bible studies & Prayer meetings in college and even later in Bahrain and Dubai. They had helped many Christian families migrate to the Gulf and were supporting many ministries. It was evident that the Lords calling was near. Finally, after much prayer they left their lucrative jobs in Dubai, after receiving the call of the Lord. They moved over to Canada to study in Bible College and do the Lords ministry. After their Bible education and Training they returned to India to serve the Lord to their own people and to spread the word of Jesus through prayers, church meetings, medical services and professional services to the aged and needy. Their ministry has grown in the past 30 years.

We are very much involved in Medical missions to reach the unreached, poor and illiterate people of South India for Christ. Here are some of our ministries:-
Twice a week we travel to Rajapallayam to the Medical clinic at Mt. Zion, Rajapallayam to conduct our medical services. 50 to 63 patients are treated every Wednesday and Saturday.
We travel to Ayardharmam medical clinic, every last Friday of the month. Gospel is preached to the villagers and then medical help is rendered. On every visit 50 patients attend in the two hours time.
We have a project for Elderly folks home. So many seniors are in need of love and homes. So many elders are left here by ther own children without care. The land was given freely by our dedicated parents for this cause. We do need financial support to complete this project.
We do ministering among the blind brothers and sisters who are less fortunate and their needs are great. They are all in need of basic help like education to their children and the rent for their houses and small amount to start a business of their own.
Please pray for our very small church, attented by many needy people who are not only in need of spiritual help but in need of phisical help also. We conduct regular church services and Bible study, Cottage meetings, fasting prayer meeetings and all night prayer meetings.
Sundays Services:-
Sundays - Ministry among the prisoners from 9 am to 10.30 am.
Morning Sunday Worship Service from 11 am to 1.30 pm.
Mondays - Prayer and plan for the whole week.
Tuesdays - Midweek Bible study every Tuesday from 6 pm to 7.30 pm.
Wednesdays - Mt. Zion medical clinics form 4 pm to 6.30 pm. (And Saturdays)
Thursdays - Visting destitute home as well as ministering among the elderly folks 6 to 8.30 pm.
Fridays Services:-
Fridays - Ladies fasting prayer meetings from 11am to 2pm.
Cottage meetings 6 to 8 pm.
Second Fridays - Fasting prayer meetings from 10 to 3 pm.
Third & Fourth Fridays - village medical camps from morning to evening 5 pm.
Every Last day of Month - Night fasting prayer meeting form 10 to 2 am.
Saturdays - Mt. Zion medical clinics form 4 pm to 6.30 pm. (And Wednesdays)
Old Folks Home
All this minstry is done due to the giving heart toward the need of the people. The demands are growing, people need 24 hours medical clinic but we could not do it due to lack of funds. There is an abundant need of medicine also. It is too costly, we do not know any organization who can provide free medications. If any one wants to help us to reach out to the needs of sick ones to be treated in these charity basis clinic our monthly expenses including the doctors salary is 500 $. We have 200 $ given by kind supporters and we need 300 $ more because the doctors are asking increase salary and the medicines are getting costlier. We are going to open one more village medical clinic this month onwards.
For the "Home for the elderly and aged", the land was given freely by our dedicated parents for this cause. We do have 18000 $ to start with but it will take another 15000 $ US to finish the building. Operation cost is needed also with personels to take care and the maintanance costs which will be 1000 $ every month. Please do pray for the needs of the Lords ministry as the Lord leads.
