Report of Hindu-Christian Dialogue

Greetings from Boston Bangla Church! 

We would like to update you about our last Interfaith Dialogue which was held on September 22.  We praise God that it went very well.  We are glad to inform you that 62 people attended the meeting.  Although many Hindus did not come but including two panel members there were 7 Hindus.  All Panel members did a good job and mainly spoke on our topic "Karma of Hinduism and the Grace of Christ".  We are thankful to

Dr. Manisha Roy and Dr. Binoy Paul for presenting their thoughtful ideas about Karma of Hinduism.  We appreciate Dr. Tim Tennent for his excellent way of presenting the Gospel.  Question and answering session was also productive. Everybody were excited and people gave their thoughtful fit backs. 

Once again we are thankful to everybody who attended the meeting.  Your participation was a great blessing for us.  Many of you could not attend but we believe you prayed for this event.  We appreciate your prayer support and encouragement.  We are thankful to Hope International Church to host this event.  Especially we are grateful to Pastor Paul Reid, Alex, Jeba Shaker and Daniel Mupidi for their great contribution as team members.   We were greatly encouraged to having Joshua del Risco, Director International and Multi-ethnic Evangelism, North American Mission Board in our midst. He came all the way from Atlanta to attend this meeting. 

Through this Dialogue method we want to build up a better Understanding between our Muslim and Hindu friends.  We are trying to share the love of Christ and His Good News to them.  Please come along with us because we can't do it alone.  This is a team work.  Your prayer support is greatly needed.
